The economy in and around Austin is improving at a rapid rate.  We did not have "that" bad of a downturn, compared to most of the rest of the country; but now we are firing on all cylinders getting ready for the predicted influx of people coming to this area over the next several years (along with the tens of thousands of jobs expected).
